    2.1. The following terms are used in this Privacy Policy

Outstaff Pro- a legal entity acting in accordance with the US laws that is administering the Website, arranging and processing personal data, and defining the objectives of personal data processing, the composition of personal data to be processed, and the actions (operations) taken with respect to personal data.
  • 2.1.2. Personal Data - any information that directly or indirectly relates to a specific identifiable individual
  • 2.1.3. Processing of personal data- any action (operation) or a set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without using such tools, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
  • 2.1.4. User of the site (hereinafter referred to as “User”) is a fully capable individual who has access to the Site via the Internet and uses this Site for his/her own purposes.
  • 2.1.5. Blocking of personal data – a temporary suspension of the procession of the processing data.
  • 2.1.6. Confidentiality of personal data is the obligation that the Operator or other person who has access to personal data to prevent the distribution without the consent of the Personal data subject or other legal grounds.

    4.2. This Privacy Policy establishes the obligations of the Website Administration to not disclose personal data that the User provides upon various requests of the Site Administration (for example, when registering on the site, following a company, subscribing to notifications, etc.)
    4.3. Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided by the User by filling out special forms on the Website and usually includes the following information:

  • 4.3.2. Company’s contact person phone number
  • 4.3.3. Email address and other data.
    4.4. The site administration also takes efforts to protect Personal data, which are automatically transmitted during the visit to the site pages:

  • 4.4.2. information about the browser (or another program that accesses the site);
  • 4.4.3. access time;

    5.1. The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to provide the User with access to services, information and/or materials contained on the website www.outstaff-pro.com.
    5.2. The User’s personal data may be used by the Website Administration for the following purposes.

    6.1. The processing of the User's personal data is carried out without any time limit, in any legal way, including in personal data information systems using automation tools or without using such tools.

    7.1. The user undertakes:

    7.2. The website administration undertakes:
  • 7.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in clause 5 of this Privacy Policy.
  • 7.2.2. Do not disclose the User’s personal data, with the exception of clause 6.2 of this Privacy Policy.
  • 7.2.3. Block personal data related to the relevant User from the moment of contact or request of the User, or his/her legal representative or an authorized body for the protection of the rights of subjects of personal data for the period of verification, in case of revealing inaccurate personal data or illegal actions.

    8.1. The site administration is responsible for the deliberate disclosure of the User's Personal Data in accordance with the current legislation, with the exception of cases provided for in paragraphs. 6.2. and 8.2. of this Privacy Policy.
    8.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Personal Data, the Site Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:
  • 8.2.1. Included by the User in publicly available sources of personal data until it is lost or disclosed.
  • 8.2.2. Was received from a third party prior to its receipt by the Site Administration.
  • 8.2.3. Was obtained by third parties through unauthorized access to site files.
  • 8.2.4. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.
    8.3. The User is responsible for the legality, correctness and veracity of the provided Personal Data in accordance with applicable law.

    9.1. Before going to court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the Site User and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).
    9.2. The user or the Site Administration within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notifies the applicant of the claim in writing about the results of the consideration of the claim.
    9.3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute is subject to referral to the Court.
    9.4. The current legislation of the US applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration.
